FRANK AND MARIE PEASE CROOK HOUSE1717 OCEAN DRIVE This Mediterranean style structure was built circa 1934. It is a 2½ story brick residence with multiple east facing bays, a steeply pitched hip ceramic tile roof , two interior and two exterior stucco chimneys, 1-bay partial width porch with second story balcony and a single carved wood glazed door surrounded by ceramic tile voussoir. On the northwest corner of the property is a metal and glass conservatory and greenhouse with sunburst windows over the French doors. A sculpture garden is located on the north side of the property. The entire city block property is enclosed by a decorative Victorian brick and cast iron fence brought from New Orleans, Louisiana. Extensive vegetation adore the property.
