RICHARD KING HOUSE611 SOUTH UPPER BROADWAY STREET This home was built in 1926 for Richard King III, a descendant of Richard King, founder of the King Ranch. Located in a historically prestigious neighborhood that was developed during the early 20th Century. This property provides a magnificent view of Corpus Christi Bay. The original architect was John M. Marriott with subsequent renovations completed by architect John Dykema in 1991.
